The program served as a proud national anthem, meticulously crafted into three distinct chapters: "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom," "Uncle Ho's words echo in all directions," and "Shining HCM City”.

The program recalled the journey of Nguyen Tat Thanh, the young man who later became President Ho Chi Minh, in his quest to save the nation, the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the triumph of the August Revolution, and the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam—the first worker-farmers state in Southeast Asia.
