(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended an art program entitled “Truong Bon- an immortal heroic song” in Truong Bon historical relic site in Do Luong district, Nghe An province on Sunday night.

 The program honors courageous young volunteers who laid down their lives during war time to repair roads for Vietnamese soldiers’ march to the south to completely liberate Vietnam. This was part of activities to mark the 69^th War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day, the 66^th traditional day of young volunteers and the 48^th anniversary of Truong Bon victory. The program also raised funds to support disadvantaged former young volunteers and martyrs’ families. Prime Minister presented gifts to relatives of heroes and historical witnesses.
