(VOVworld) – Vietnamese land, people and culture were introduced to international friends at the ASEAN Village set up as part of a national multicultural festival in Australia last week.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Australia, Luong Thanh Nghi said the Village aims to promote ASEAN’s diverse cultures, and foster unity within the bloc. Mr. Nghi said around 300,000 Vietnamese people are living and working in Australia.
