Ba Be Tourism-Cultural Heritage Week 2022 opens
(VOVWORLD) - The Ba Be Tourism and Cultural Heritage Week opens from Friday to next Tuesday in Bac Kan province with a range of activities to promote tourism cooperation, ethnic cuisine, and products of the “One Commune, One Product” program.

Pham Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Bac Kan provincial People’s Committee, said: “The Ba Be Cultural Heritage Week introduces scenic spots in Bac Kan, such as Ba Be lake, to domestic and foreign friends. We also aim to attract investment, diversify investment products, and improve tourism infrastructure.”
The highlight of the Tourism Week will be a ceremony to announce the recognition of Cap Sac ritual of the Dao Tien ethnic group in Don Phong commune and “Bowl dance” of the Tay ethnic group in Bac Kan province as national intangible cultural heritages.
There will be a Festival of Then singing and Tinh Musical Instrument and a show of traditional costumes of local ethnic groups.
