(VOV) - Belgian Technical Cooperation will provide 260,000 USD for training courses on water resource management in Binh Thuan province. At a seminar on Thursday, participants discussed training programmes for all relevant agencies in the province which will begin in May. Training will focus on general management, technical management, operational and maintenance management, and support skills. In the first two years, there will be 61 training courses for local water resource managers and staff.
