(VOVworld) –Industry and Trade Minister Vu Huy Hoang on Monday met with Andrei Slepnev, Minister of Trade for the Eurasian Economic Commission and chief negotiator of the Customs Union of Russia - Belarus- Kazakhstan.

The two sides suggested solutions to remaining issues in the negotiation of a free trade agreement between Vietnam and the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.

During a working session with Russia’s Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov on Monday, Minister Vu Huy Hoang signed a memorandum of understanding to boost cooperation in high-priority industries. The two ministers also reviewed 17 high-priority investment projects and suggested solutions to the remaining obstacles to these projects.
