This is David Cameron’s first visit outside Europe since he was re-elected in May. In an article on the Daily Mail, the Prime Minister said Southeast Asia is a rising region and will become the world’s fourth biggest common market. He highlighted the fact that currently a quarter of all British jobs are linked to exports and a third of people in the UK work for foreign-owned firms. Mr. Cameron also spoke highly of trade delegations, saying they help bring great business cooperative agreements to Britain.
