(VOVworld) -  Leaders of the Southwestern Steering Committee and the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Association met on Monday to discuss a joint-action plan between the two organizations.

The Steering Committee will generate favorable conditions for friendship organizations between Vietnam and Cambodia to conduct people-to-people exchanges in the new period. The Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Association has to broaden activities in the southwestern region, especially in border areas, and rally former Vietnamese experts and voluntary soldiers to the association.
