Building socialist rule-of-law state reflects universal, finest value of humankind
(VOVWORLD) - State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, also Head of the Steering Committee for a project on building and completing a socialist rule-of-law state in 2030 with an orientation by 2045, chaired a meeting in Hanoi on Saturday to discuss theoretical and practical issues on the building of a socialist rule of law state in Vietnam.

Delegates discussed 3 key pillars in the building of a rule of law state, including democracy, legal and institutional issues for development as well as the moral authority and competency of civil servants. President Nguyen Xuan Phuc hailed the universal and finest value of rule of law state in upholding the role of law, people’s mastery, equality, justice and human rights based on the Constitution, easy to access and consistent legal system for development.
