(VOVWORLD) - The southern province of Ca Mau will host a culture-tourism week next month involving many localities nationwide and foreign partners.

Main activities which will start on December 10 will be a trade-tourism fair and a cuisine festival, along with art and cultural performances.
The event will be joined by localities from Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and South Korea. Ca Mau will inaugurate several important projects, including the Mother Statue, the Lac Long Quan Temple, and the Ca Mau Cape flag pole which is a present from Hanoi.
Over the last nine months, the province welcomed nearly 1.2 million travelers, up 15 percent compared to the same period last year.
