Cambodian court announces jail term for opposition leader
(VOVWORLD) - The Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Friday sentenced exile leader of the dissolved Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) Sam Rainsy to 20 months in prison with offences of insult and incitement to commit offences.

Two other CNRP leaders living overseas, Ho Vann and Kak Komphear, were accused of the same offences. The court also ordered Kong Mas and Roeun Kimlun to spend 18 months behind bars for being in cahoots with Rainsy.
