(VOVworld) – Can Tho city will build houses and provide production loans for Agent/Orange Dioxin victims. Le Van Tam, Vice Chairman of the Can Tho municipal People's Committee told the city AO/Dioxin Victims' Association on Tuesday that local authorities have always been concerned about improving the lives of the 4,300 AO/Dioxin victims and generating jobs for victims capable of working and their relatives.
