The three-day event, hosted by the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers, the Vietnam Fisheries Society, and UBA Asia company, has attracted 70 domestic and foreign fisheries, many from the Mekong Delta region. The fisheries will introduce their products and services, share their knowledge and experience, exchange technology and discuss the quality of fishery products, epidemic diseases, aquaculture technology, processing, exporting, markets, services, and sustainable development. As part of the expo, the food festival entitled “Mekong Chef 2017” will promote local pangasius cuisine.
