This is the second time the event has been held in the Hanoi pedestrian street. 80 Vietnamese and foreign artists showed off impressive street art performances - Latin American dance, circus acts, and international music on the 2-kilometer walking street.

“I’m very excited. I hope Hanoi will hold more fun festivals like this,” said Pham Manh Truong, a visitor. 

This year’s street carnival sent a message of international integration and development from Hanoi, the city of peace.
