Responding to questions about the agenda, Medinsky said the negotiators already put their points on the table during the first round of talks, including an immediate ceasefire.
He confirmed that the Russian negotiators have arrived in Belovezhskaya Pushcha along the Belarus-Poland border, believed to be the venue of the second round of talks.
Their first round of negotiations took place Monday in Gomel along the Belarus-Ukraine border.
