During the two-day conference, delegates will study Resolutions and Conclusions on 2013’s socio-economic development and plans for 2014. They will also discuss the 11^th National Party Congress’s socio-economic resolution, which focuses on breakthroughs in economic restructuring and growth model renovation, as well as contents of the new Constitution adopted by the National Assembly on November 28^th, 2013. Other topics for discussion will include a resolution on national defense strategy in the new situation, and a resolution on education and training to meet the demands of industrialization and modernization in the socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.
