(VOVworld) – The US and China signed an agreement on Friday to establish an army-to-army dialogue mechanism. The two sides called this a step to build mutual trust and to reduce the risk of miscalculation between the two countries. Speaking to the media, US army Chief of Staff Raymond Odierno said the agreement push the China-US relationship in the right direction. The establishment of regular dialogue mechanism is a part of two sides’ efforts to build mutual trust and increase mutual understanding.
