(VOVworld) Vietnam’s Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will pay an official visit to China from February 13^th to 15^th at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart  Yang Jiechi. A VOV correspondent in Beijing quoted China’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Liu Weimin as saying that China values the relationship with Vietnam and aims to strengthen the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership. Liu said at a regular media conference in Beijing that Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi and other Chinese leaders will hold talks with Foreign Minister Minh on high level visits, cooperation for mutual benefits,  satisfactory settlement of specific issues in bilateral relations and China-ASEAN ties.
