(VOVworld) - The 4^th plenum of the 18th Communist Party of China’s (CPC) Central Committee opened on Monday, focusing on the rule of law. This has been the first time a CPC session has centered on the rule of law. During the 4-day event, participants will work on a draft resolution from the CPC Central Committee on major issues concerning comprehensively advancing the rule of law. The resolution will create a foundation to enhance law enforcement in the new context.
