Communication training for National Assembly elections
(VOVworld) – A communication training course for the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and all-level People's Councils in the 2016-2021 period was organized for reporters and editors in the Northern region on Friday.

The training was held by the Ministry of Information and Communication and the Office for the National Electoral Council. Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan said communication work is significant to the success of the election. He asked news agencies to further communicate the purposes and significance of the election: “News agencies need to cover information objectively and not hold bias over any individual, any position or locality”.
Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Office of the National Electoral Council and the Ministry of Home Affairs informed reporters of new changes to the Law on the Election of Deputies to the National Assembly and Deputies to the People’s Councils, preparation for elections and election campaigns.
