The program is expected to welcome 2,500 spectators in three nights, including 750 special guests who are children from social protection centers.
Conductor Nguyen Hai Yen and the Choir will perform immortal songs from world famous movies such as "When you believe" from the movie "The Prince Egypt"; “How far I’ll go” from “Moana”; and “The circle of life” from “The Lion King”.
The annual concert always preserves an important part for Vietnamese folk songs including "Rice drum", "Song of shrimp and fish", and "30 birds".
Conductor Nguyen Hai Yen will spend time teaching live singing lessons for the children at the social protection center and select some to join the performance in each city.
Green Wind Choir was established in September 2019 as a dream project by Yen to bring choral art to everyone, use music to connect people, and spread values of goodness to the community.
The Choir now has more than 200 members, from 6 to 85 years old, who practice singing together on weekends in Hanoi.
