Congratulatory letters sent to Vietnam’s President, NA Chairman
(VOVWORLD) -Leaders of Japan, France, Egypt, Austria and Greece have sent letters of congratulations to To Lam on his election as President of Vietnam.

In a congratulatory message, Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio expressed his belief that President To Lam's new responsibility will contribute to further deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. He said he hopes to join President To Lam in elevating the friendship and cooperation between Japan and Vietnam to a new height.
French President Emmanuel Macron reiterated the priorities in bilateral relations agreed upon during a high-level phone call with General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong last October. He affirmed that France and the President himself are always ready to strengthen the friendly and trustworthy relationship between the two countries in all fields.
Egyptian President of Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen and Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou sent letters of congratulation to President To Lam.
King Frederik X of Denmark and Danish Parliament Speaker Søren Gade congratulated newly-elected President To Lam and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man.
Speaker of the Legislative Council of Brunei Abdul Rahman Taib, President of the French National Assembly Yaël Braun-Pivet, and President of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania extended their congratulations to Chairman Man.
