(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended the ground-breaking ceremony of the 2^nd facility of the Bach Mai and Vietnam-Germany hospitals in Ha Nam province on Saturday.

He said that the facility will help reduce overloading for hospitals at the central level and improve people’s healthcare. He added that the facility should transfer technology to help improve doctor quality at hospitals at the grassroots level. Each facility of the two hospitals has 1,000 beds and will be built at a cost of 250 million USD each. They are scheduled for completion in 2017.
