(VOVWORLD) - A ground-breaking ceremony for the largest Vietnamese Buddhist center in the Czech Republic took place in Karlovy Vary city on Saturday.
Covering 6,000 square meters, the center will be a venue to promote Buddhism and Vietnamese culture, land and people.
“The pagoda will be a place where we can share our joys and sorrows and teach Vietnamese traditions to the younger generation,” Do Thi Men, a Vietnamese Buddhist follower in Karlovy Vary, told VOV.
