The consultations precede a crucial international environmental meeting to be held in Stockholm, Sweden, on June 2, 2022, under the theme “Stockholm+50: a healthy planet for the prosperity of all – our responsibility, our opportunity.”
The consultations are organized by the Embassy of Sweden in Vietnam, the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment (ISPONRE) at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in Vietnam.
UNDP together with its partners are conducting a series of country consultations in Vietnam between now and June, to gather the opinions of the Vietnamese people, mainly young people, to report to the global conference on the challenges facing people and the planet.
