(VOVworld)-A consultative workshop to gather opinions on a draft strategy towards the youth highlighted more participatory roles and empowerment for young people.

The draft strategy aims to provide secondary education for 80% of  youth nationwide while all ethnic young people in remote and mountainous areas will gain access to junior secondary schools. 90% of young people will receive vocational training and most of them could use at least one foreign language in communications. Delegates called for more education on patriotism and law compliance while boosting physical strength, shape and life skills.
