(VOVworld) - French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, who is chairing the 21st UN conference on climate change, has released the latest draft of a global climate deal.

There used to be 350 sections in brackets, denoting disagreement. That’s now down to 48. The latest version, released after consultations through Thursday, is 27 pages long.
Fabius said he believes the final draft will be released to the public on Friday, the closing day of the Paris talks.
