(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam recorded 13,972 cases of COVID-19 in 61 localities on Tuesday, according to the Ministry of Health.
Ho Chi Minh City continued to record the highest number of infections (1,497), followed by Can Tho city (981) and Ba Ria-Vung Tau province (860).
The national tally now stands at 1,238,082.
989,348 patients have been given the all-clear and 25,252 have died.
By Monday, the country had administered over 122 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
