COVID-19: Vietnam reports 15 more cases, 38 patients declared cured
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam detected 2 more locally-transmitted cases of COVID-19 in Hai Duong and 13 imported cases, said the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in its update at 6pm on Friday.
Shortly after their arrival in Vietnam, the imported cases were sent to quarantine in Quang Ninh, Binh Duong, and Dong Nai.
Also on Friday, 38 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospital after making a full recovery from the disease.
As of 6pm on Friday, Vietnam recorded a total of 2,550 cases of COVID-19. Vietnam has so far cured 2,086 patients, 35 patients died.
