The three-day event confirmed that a conspiracy by the Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) to launch a “colour revolution” to overthrow the government was prevented lawfully. The congress affirmed a resolve to work with other political parties, the National Election Committee, and social organisations to ensure a fair and free general election scheduled for July.
