Da Nang looks to become startup hub of ASEAN by 2030
(VOVWORLD) - Da Nang is set to become ASEAN’s hub of startups and creativity in 2030, said Ho Ky Minh, Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee.

"We need to start right now to make Da Nang a center of startups, an innovative and creative city by 2030. We have to build a suitable strategy in line with Da Nang’s development plan and vision until 2045. Whenever new enterprises have new ideas and start to produce, we must help them with supportive procedures."
The 3-year-old Da Nang Entrepreneurship Support (DNES) company has organized 6 training courses for 75 new enterprises and drawn investments from 30 investors and investment funds. Da Nang’s goal is to help 200 projects and 100 local startup companies to market their products in 2020.
