In a televised segment “People ask, ministers answer” this weekend, Nguyen Bac Son, Minister of Information and Communication affirmed that Decree 72 aims to boost the Internet development in Vietnam, and refine regulations on management, supply and use of Internet. Son said that all countries in the world respect human’s freedom of speech but no country considers this right unlimited. Decree 72 plays an important role in forming legal framework and creating momentum for internet and social network development.
