(VOV) – The National Assembly Standing Committee on Monday continued its 12^th session, discussing a draft degree on online games businesses for foreigners. NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung chaired the session. A government report stressed the need to enhance state management of these kinds of businesses. The draft decree includes 8 chapters and 51 clauses. It stipulates that a certificate is needed to operate an online games business and more requirements should be demanded to obtain a certificate. According to the draft decree, only hotels classified as 5-star by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are eligible for a certificate.
