Defense Ministry calls for stronger cooperation in national defense communications
(VOVWORLD) - Defense Minister General Phan Van Giang has urged for stronger cooperation between relevant agencies to improve the effectiveness of communications on military, defense, and defense foreign affairs tasks.

Minister Giang was speaking at a working session in Hanoi on Monday with representatives of the Party Central Committee's Communications and Education Commission, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Foreign Ministry, and press agencies.
He called for coordination in exchanging and providing information and preventing hostile and reactionary forces from sabotaging the Party, State, and Army.
He said the Ministry will continue to encourage all units in the army to increase their coordination with news agencies to promptly disseminate information on military and defense tasks, defense foreign affairs, and the building of a strong Vietnam People's Army.
