Delegates hopeful of VFF National Congress
(VOVWORLD) -Delegates at the ongoing 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front have expressed their expectation for the Front’s further reform to contribute more to national construction and development.
Most Venerable Chau Pros, deputy head of the executive board of An Giang province’s Buddhist Sangha said, “This Congress is very important. Monks and the most venerables want the Party and State to pay more attention to the development of ethnic groups and religions.”
Le Thi Xuan Trang, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Binh Phuoc province chapter, proposed the Front to uphold its role of social criticism and oversight. “The Front needs to focus on making full use of cadres’ ability. Front cadres must be self-confident and courageous to perform their job well,” said Trang.
