Nguyen Van Chinh was a staunch communist of Long An province. At the ceremony, Mr. Binh beat the drum to begin the new 2017-2018 academic year. 

Also on Monday, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh attended the opening ceremony of the Vinh Nguyen and Thay Ba Lo roads and presented scholarships to students at the Truong Van Bang and Nguyen Thi Mot High schools in Can Giuoc district, Long An province.

The National Committee on Traffic Safety and the Ministry of Education and Training launched a safety month for students to go to school.
