(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged the Party Committee and people of Ha Nam province to quickly restructure crops and develop new rural areas and technologies as well as industrial and agricultural services.

During a Lunar New Year (Tet) visit to the province on Tuesday, Mr. Phuc said that with the province’s high educational standard and geographical position near Hanoi, Ha Nam could develop further in the future.
