The two sides exchanged ways to more effectively unlock the potential of cooperation, especially in trade and investment. Deputy Prime Minister Quang said he hopes that Australia will support and share experiences with Vietnam in renewable energy, digital transformation, green transformation, and response to climate change, among others.

He also suggested that the Australian Government give Vietnam a worthy position in its Southeast Asian Economic Strategy to 2040 so that the cooperation between the two countries will develop more.

Nicholas Moore reiterated Australia’s willingness to share experiences and cooperate with Vietnam. He said that the Australian Government and business community appreciate the quality of the Vietnam-Australia relationship, which he said is a priority of the Australian Government.
