(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh has called for all political system efforts to ensure sustainable poverty reduction.

During a meeting to comment on the government’s report on poverty reduction legal framework in Hanoi on Thursday, members of the Central Steering Committee on Sustainable Poverty Reduction shared the view that poverty reduction has contributed to socio economic growth. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh said: “Poor households should be identified for policy design and priority as well as credit support and social welfare programs. Ministries should review their policies to prepare sufficient resources for the work on a sustainable manner.”
