(VOVworld) – Police have found the DNA of newly-identified suspect Najim Laachraoui on explosives used in last year’s Paris attacks, French officials revealed following a meeting of Belgian and French prosecutors in Brussels.

24- year- old Laachraoui traveled to Syria in February, 2013, and returned to Europe last year with suspect Saleh Abdeslam, who was arrested in Brussels on March 18th.
Belgian investigators identified Laachraoui as an accomplice in the Paris attack that killed 130 people and injured 350. Laachraoui, previously known by the false name of Soufiane Kayal, is still on the run.
