Dozens of people killed in Kabul explosion
(VOVworld) – At least 40 people were killed and injured in a suicide bombing that rocked Kabul city, Afghanistan on Tuesday. The explosion occurred at 8.50 local time in Pul-e-Mahmood Khan near Afghanistan’s Secret Service Unit.

Afghanistan’s Ministry of Interior spokesman Sediq Sediqqi confirmed the first explosion was carried out by a car suicide bomber and it was likely that one or two other suspects got involved in the attack. Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Afghanistan’s presidential office strongly condemned the attack, saying that it signals the failure of the enemy to Afghanistan’s security forces.
