(VOVworld)- The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation, and the Clear Path International organized a workshop on Wednesday to seek ways to assist the victims of bomb and landmines. Workshop participants discussed their experiences in overcoming the aftermaths of bomb and landmines and assistance for Vietnamese victims. They urged joint efforts by ministries, sectors and society as a whole, as well as assistance from international organizations to help the victims. They stressed the need to strengthen the message regarding the after-effects of bombs and landmines, fine-tune the legal documents and increase the capacity of those agencies in charge of clearing bombs and landmines.
