Egypt’s Look East policy sees Vietnam as a priority
(VOVWORLD) -Egypt treasures relations with Vietnam and considers the Southeast Asian state a priority in its Look East policy, said Vietnamese Ambassador to Egypt Do Hoang Long in an interview with Vietnamese media on the threshold of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s official visit to Vietnam.
Ambassador Long noted that the first visit to Vietnam by an Egyptian President is of paramount importance and demonstrates Egypt’s willingness to elevate relations with Vietnam and enhance cooperation in all fields. He revealed that both sides are expected to sign 20 agreements during the visit on Wednesday and Thursday.
