Vietnam is one of the last stopovers of the Energy Observer Odyssey in the region, after a large-scale event in Singapore which gathered the vessel and its pedagogical exhibition village.
During the stop in Ho Chi Minh City from this Sunday until the end of this month, the crew of the Energy Observer will showcase the ship's automated zero-emissions system to hundreds of tourists, policymakers and students.
The Energy Observer is the first self-propelled and zero-emission hydrogen ship. Vessel adventure is a long journey around the world, aiming to accelerate energy and ecological transition through innovation by demonstrating how technologies and energy combinations on board work under extreme conditions and can be further replicated both on land and at sea.
