(VOVworld) – Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Bac Son has urged relevant agencies to increase communications on national sea and islands sovereignty.

Speaking at a meeting on Monday to review activities in the first half of this year, Minister Son asked the tightening of the management of the press, publications, printing, and distribution, especially websites and their stories about border, sea, and islands sovereignty, and national images. He requested the functional agencies to effectively manage internet services and mobile phone subscribers and assist ministries, localities, and sectors to deal with information security incidents and prevent possible internet attacks from outside the country.
