(VOVworld) – A conference to review cooperation between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and related central agencies on implementing Party and State policies on religious activities over the first 6 months of this year took place on Tuesday in Hanoi. Delegates heard that the front has cooperated closely with related agencies to settle petitions and address individuals and organizations’ desires regarding religious activities while promoting patriotic movements among religious followers. They agreed to focus on building a Politburo project on enhancing solidarity among the different religions in Vietnam, boosting cooperation in implementing a project on renewing the front’s religious activities, and increasing exchanges, meetings, and dialogues to address the need of religious followers.
