The donation, signed in Hanoi on Thursday, will help Vietnam restructure its health sector and implement reform plans and programs for the 2015-17 period, including improving local health care services nationwide to ease the overload at central hospitals. This is the EU’s ever biggest donation to healthcare in Asia.
