(VOVworld) - Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations and its Chinese counterpart association held a meeting on Thursday. Both agreed to promote bilateral ties to a new height. The Chinese side wanted both to promote discussion on strengthening friendship and practical cooperation.

A gathering between young Vietnamese and Chinese business people has opened. Chinese businesses wished to cooperate with Vietnam in information technology, infrastructure, forestry and high tech.
Director of Hong Ngoc Company from Lao Cai province, Vu Tuyet Chien: “This discussion is helpful to both sides in trade promotion and mutual trust promotion. Lao Cai province shares border with Yunnan province, where we wish to see more trade activities between both sides.”
