(VOVworld) – The Prime Minister has approved a plan to organize exhibits of historical and legal evidence of Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelagos from now until 2017.

The program aims to communicate Vietnam’s sovereignty over the two archipelagos through documents, images, and objects, affirm its stance on the issue, and inspire the responsibility of people at home and abroad to protect Vietnam’s sea and island sovereignty.

The exhibits will be held in all 48 provinces and cities nationwide and in four foreign countries - France, Russia, the US, and the Czech Republic. The historical and legal evidence will also be published in printed materials, films, and documentaries.
