Exhibition features contemporary Buddhism
(VOVWORLD) -Fifty one paintings and eight sculptures featuring the values of Buddhism are on display in Hanoi.

The exhibit at the Vietnam University of Fine Arts opened on Sunday as part of activities welcoming the eighth congress of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha. The exhibit highlights the achievements of Vietnamese Buddhism over the past five years. Most of the art works were created between 2010 and 2017. They include works in lacquer, oil paint, acrylic, ink, bronze, wood glass, and silk. The event will run until November 29.
